Ronnie Bud | CPA, CA, CBV, MBA
Ronnie leads Bud & Company with a wealth of accounting and advisory experience across multiple industries.
Spending much of his professional career at a large firm, Ronnie was able to assist many of Canada's premiere companies in taking their next step. It was then he realized that the potential of a thriving economy remains largely unserviced, namely startups and small-to-medium sized businesses. His belief is that by providing "Big Company" expertise and services at the grass roots level, Bud & Company can help growing businesses realize their full potential.
Ronnie holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Alberta. Ronnie is also a Chartered Business Valuator, and a Chartered Accountant.
Elizabeth Chee | CPA, CA
Elizabeth brings an abundance of accounting knowledge from a variety of different industries.
Recently departing as an experienced manager from PwC, she spent her time equally between Private Company Services and the Assurance practice. Working with start-ups to multi-national corporations, she has a strong understanding of business at all levels and is excited to bring her knowledge and expertise to the clients of Bud & Company.
After earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in 2011, Elizabeth became a Chartered Accountant in 2013.
Kelvin Leung | CPA, CMA
Kelvin has a philosophy of putting the needs of his clients above all else. He is passionate about gaining an understanding of each client’s situation, allowing him to maximize their tax deductions and credits. He is able to communicate financial information in every day terms, and helps clients in identifying areas that can be improved upon.
Previously, Kelvin has worked for the Canada Revenue Agency where he gained knowledge of the inside workings of the agency. Kelvin has also worked for a Chartered Accounting firm where he gained experience in completing hundreds of returns.
Kelvin is a dedicated and intelligent tax accountant, and has been running his own firm since 2007. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting from the University of Alberta. Kelvin also holds both the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Account (CMA) designations, two of the industry’s highest designations.
Kelvin Leung was voted as one of the "Top 5 Accountants" in Edmonton in Metro Magazine.
In his personal time, Kelvin is passionate about trying new experiences and has enjoyed: cycling, ultimate Frisbee, rock-climbing, martial arts, volleyball, yoga, scuba diving, fencing, Latin dance and archery to name a few things!
